Remote Patient Monitoring Information

With our Remote Patient Monitoring Service, we direction ship to Patients physician prescribed medical measurement devices along with our proprietary Hub to provide an automated solution to collect Patient data and make it available to the physician. We currently support five different Patient devices including blood pressure monitors, thermometers, glucose meters, scales, and pulse oximeters. Using mobile technology, we automatically collect the Patient metrics for review by medical staff. Through Physician established guidelines, we can automatically alert physician and their teams of potential compliance problems with their chronic care patients. Our solutions also support billing in regard to CMS CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457 and 99091.
