Yes! I would like to get set-up
We have tried to make getting your practice set-up as easy as possible. Submitting the information on the form will start the process.
Once we receive the form, two things will happen.
1. Someone from our contract group will contact you. We need to get a number of documents signed by you in order to maintain comply with HIPAA and other regulations.
2. Someone from our operations group will be contacting you to collect additional information for configuring your account. This will include information about your offices, staff, and locations.
